Paula Martin

Paula Martin

Paula Martin has spent the past twenty years creating innovative programs for wildlife and land conservation. Her unique take on conservation biology weaves artistic threads through scientifically-based initiatives. Her on-the-ground projects have been referred to as living art with the land as canvas. This approach has led her to be recognized internationally as one of the foremost experts in her field, including articles in both Smithsonian and National Geographic Magazines.

Designing programs has led her to author dozens of plans, programs and protocols over the years. Paula has also functioned as an editor and expert consultant on conservation and children’s books.

Paula’s roots started in poetry and creative writing; though scholarly writing has comprised most of her body of work. Paula was published before her twentieth birthday and received many writing awards in her youth. She currently seeks to embrace writing into her lifestyle and explore all facets of growing in this capacity.
